How we work
Understanding first, architecture second
Every engagement starts with the domain, not the technical stack.
Two days of event storming with engineers, product and the people who answer the phones. We map what happens, in whose words, and where the disagreements are. You leave with a wall you can photograph and a list of the questions nobody had asked out loud.
Contexts, contracts and the seams between them. We decide what the system must agree on and, more importantly, what it can safely disagree on. Output is a context map, an event catalogue and a sequenced plan.
Hands-on work alongside your team — first slice in production, patterns established, people confident enough to carry on without us. That last part is the point.
