The things people usually ask
How long is a typical engagement?
Most begin with a two-day workshop, then four to eight weeks of hands-on work. Advisory retainers run a day or two a week for a fixed term.
How big is the team?
The core team is small and deliberately so. For larger pieces, we occasionally bring in trusted subcontractors we have worked with before.
Do you work remotely?
For the most part, yes. Event Storming works far better with everyone together in a room with a very long wall, so we travel for those.
Do you write code?
Yes. We'll deliver prototypes and proofs of concept. We also typically pair on the first slices so the patterns are real rather than theoretical.
